THE SLAVERY-POVERTY <\/span>INHERITORS\"\"<\/a><\/span>In the islands of the Caribbean,<\/span> the vast majority of the population <\/span>can be rightly described as<\/span> <\/span>SLAVERY-POVERTY INHERITORS.<\/span>What do we mean by<\/span> slavery-poverty inheritors?<\/span><\/span>Slavery-Poverty Inheritors are <\/span>the uprooted Africans who were <\/span>stripped of everything and enslaved,<\/span> and then deliberately <\/span>kept landless after emancipation,<\/span><\/span> so that they would remain<\/span> <\/span>a permanently captive labor force.<\/span>The Slavery-Wealth Inheritors made this arrangement so as to remove the stigma of being known as slave-masters, and consequently their slaves were no longer known as slaves.<\/span><\/span><\/span>In this new deceptive arrangement The Slavery-Poverty Inheritors would be<\/span><\/span> confined to small rented boxes on rented house spots, where their sole every-day function is to work for the continuing enrichment of The Slavery-Wealth Inheritors.<\/span><\/span> \"\"<\/a><\/span>However, <\/span>these captive labor-suppliers<\/span> are not strangers to hard work.<\/span> <\/span>In fact, they worked for hundreds of years without pay before being dumped in the ghetto. But both yesterday and today, <\/span>their hard work has not prevented them <\/span>from continually handing down<\/span> <\/span>zero wealth accumulation <\/span>from generation to generation.<\/span><\/span><\/span> This curse has been going on for so long that <\/span>the vast majority no longer question <\/span>their centuries-long confinement to<\/span> the plantation’s labor supplying department.<\/span> <\/span> If current attitudes are carefully examined, <\/span>it would seem that there is a widespread belief that no matter what they do and <\/span>no matter how hard they work, <\/span>inter-generational poverty<\/span>is The Slavery-Poverty Inheritor’s<\/span> God-given destiny.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>\u00a0 So now let us look at how wealth and capital continue to bypass<\/span> these captive<\/span>Slavery-Poverty Inheritors,<\/span>and let us look at how their beaten and subjugated mentality conditions them to readily accept a bone of appeasement without too much thought about the larger reality that signals the continuation of their inter-generational poverty.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>\"\"<\/a>MEGA CANNABIS GREENHOUSES<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>What part will the descendants of today’s Rastafari generation play in this emerging billion dollar cannabis industry that is scheduled to replace the sugar industry?<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Will they be restricted to cleaning marijuana in mega greenhouses for the further enrichment of<\/span> The Slavery-Wealth Inheritors?<\/span>Do you remember the time when A Slavery-Poverty Inheritor was treated like he had committed a capital offense if he was caught selling marijuana in an effort to escape poverty? <\/span>Do you remember the brutality and the decades of repression that prevented The Slavery-Poverty Inheritors from escaping their poverty? <\/span> Will The Slavery-Poverty Inheritors play the same role in the cannabis industry that previous generations played in the sugar industry?<\/span> <\/span>While<\/span> the right to burn a spliff <\/span>and plant a few trees <\/strong>without persecution may sound like progress to those who have been long persecuted, the question must be asked: <\/span><\/strong>What is the measure of this progress<\/span><\/strong> within the larger struggle to end <\/span><\/strong>inter-generational poverty?<\/span><\/span>Will this generation’s readiness to settle for<\/span><\/strong> the tempting bones of appeasement<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>turn out to be the regret of future <\/span><\/strong>poverty-stricken generations?<\/span>After so many years of brutality <\/span>and systematic keep-down,<\/span> full reparations justice<\/span><\/strong> that pushes back poverty <\/span><\/span><\/strong>is the only goal that will be satisfactory.<\/span><\/span> But The Inheritors of Slavery-Wealth <\/span>have long employed a classic technique called <\/span>Negro deception.<\/span><\/span> And it goes like this:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Keep the uprooted Africans landless. Keep them locked down in small boxes on a few rented square feet in the ghetto, until their unchallenged landless disadvantage assumes a sense of normalcy.<\/span><\/span>Then exhaust all of their energy in a bitter fight <\/span>for something that is really nothing<\/span><\/span> when viewed from the perspective of <\/span>the broader historical reality that is essentially about<\/span> maintaining Negro servility.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> <\/span>After exhausting their energy <\/span><\/strong>drop a bone of appeasement\u00a0 <\/span> in the mouth of The Slavery-Poverty Inheritor<\/span> and laugh all the way to the bank<\/span><\/strong> while he is ignorantly celebrating his achievement of rights<\/span> that do not break his cycle of inter-generational poverty.<\/span> <\/span>Just like CROPOVER.<\/span><\/span> When he is celebrating <\/span>the end of the crop<\/span> Massa goes to the bank and continues<\/span> handing down inter-generational wealth.<\/span> So here is a glimpse of what reparations justice looks like:<\/span> A BIG NO to high license fees<\/span> that discriminate against the poor<\/span> and favor Big Capital. <\/span> On the principle of land for the landless, facilitate the set up of local food and cannabis cooperatives where land is made available for cultivating both food and cannabis crops. <\/span> Government assistance is provided to ensure success. <\/span> Legislation is put in place that prevents heavily capitalized foreign companies from operating to the disadvantage of local food and cannabis cooperatives.\u00a0 <\/span> Compensation to those who were fined and jailed during the drug war against Slavery-Poverty Inheritors.<\/span><\/span> The end goal is to put an end to inter-generational poverty by creating prosperous people-centered industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
