<\/span>CAN REAL REPARATIONS<\/span> BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT<\/span><\/span><\/strong>DECOLONIZING <\/span>THE AFRICAN MIND?<\/span><\/span>\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nIt is easy for the victim of Chattel Slavery to get excited at the prospect of <\/span>getting<\/span> righteous reparations<\/span><\/span> from those that robbed and <\/span>enslaved him for centuries…a task very similar to that of turning a Vampire<\/span> into a vegetarian …given the fact that White Satan The Devil hasn’t changed, and the racist mindset is a white pandemic that seems to have<\/span> no cure.<\/span><\/span>But the idea of <\/span>internal-reparations <\/span>(decolonizing the African mind, or undoing the psychological damage that colonialism has done)<\/span>is a far less attractive idea, because <\/span> it involves<\/span> changing the self.<\/span><\/span>It involves changing something that you are not aware of when you are still under its spell.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/strong>In other words, it involves changing<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>the slave-broken and colonized mind-set <\/span><\/strong> that you have been trained <\/span> from childhood to accept<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>as<\/span><\/span><\/span>the normal you,<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>in the same way that you have been<\/span><\/strong> trained from childhood to accept<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the silly white European names <\/span>which signal to the whole world your racial inferiority to Europeans. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong>\n
