Marketing and popularizing a plant that you once condemned and demonized, <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
requires a slick publicity campaign<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
to rationalize your complete swing <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
in the opposite direction.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Perhaps call the plant by a different name…not marijuana, <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
but medical marijuana. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
That should help to blindfold the masses. Long years of slave conditioning have made them gullible like that.

Creating a billion dollar industry on the cultivation and distribution of a plant whose cultivators and users you once PERSECUTED AND CRIMINALIZED<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
will cause a great outcry from <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
the victims of your vicious drug war.<\/span>

So this requires a public relations strategy that would make your drug-war victims feel like they are being included in this new billion dollar industry… <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

your well financed <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>mega-factories.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

When you have developed <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
a profitable stream of income<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
from law enforcement <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
based on persecuting and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
imprisoning the poor,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
your devilish profit-driven mentality <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
will say: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
“That is a lot of money <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
that we will be losing if we legalize <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
the whole thing completely.”

“We cant dry up a valuable stream of income just like that. We have to find ways to maintain fines, bail money, <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

So even if we legalize the herb<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
it cannot be a total legalization.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
We have to leave room for arrests and prosecution and persecution, so that <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
the fat paychecks from legal looting <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

the old plantation system <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
